Salon Policies

We kindly ask that you review all policies prior to booking your appointment as a courtesy to our stylists and other clients. We look forward to serving you.

Cancellation Policy.

We understand that you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and ask that you notify the salon 48 hours in advance if you need to do so. Clients that cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours until their appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. It will be charged to the credit card we have on file or added to your total to your next appointment. To help, we offer a courtesy email and text message before your appointment.

Salon Etiquette.

We kindly ask that all clients over the age of 18 do not bring guests with them to appointments. This includes children and spouses. At this time, we are only able to accommodate those receiving services due to safety hazards present in our environment. Additionally, our facility currently lacks the space to accommodate carriers and strollers.

Small children and clients under the age of 18 may attend our salon to receive service. They must have one parent or guardian present to give written consent of service.

Service Guarantee.

We are confident you will love the way you look and feel after you leave our salon! However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your color and cutting service, please call and schedule a complimentary redo within 48 hours. This policy is for color and cut correction and does not include a change in style or color. All guarantees will be determined by the stylist and are only offered for three days following the appointment. We cannot offer refunds for any hair services.

Product Policies.

We cannot offer exchanges, returns, or refunds on brushes or tools, discounted items, or gift cards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchased hair products we will do a one time exchange within 48 hours of your purchase.

Right of Refusal.

Harlow’s Organic Hair Salon reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct, tardiness, no shows, or any other situation we deem inappropriate.
